More Flooding the United Kingdom

England and Wales have again been hit with severe flooding.  Approximately two dozen flood warnings are in effect across the UK and South Yorkshire appears to have been hit very hard by torrential rains.  While the worst of the precipitation appears over, there are fears that soggy ground may cause landslides or dam failures.
